On
Santiago's East Coast, walk over ridges and coils of volcanic flows
that look like anything from cow patties to Bob Marley's hair. Sullivan
Bay is a beautiful island. It´s a modern'day example of
geography from the beginning of time. You can see a few plants jutting
their way through the formations such as the Brachycereus cactus --
undoubtedly the most photographed cactus on the island. Anyone slightly
interested in geology or volcanology will be enchanted by Sullivan Bay's
amazing lava formations!
