Reservations
& Payments:
1 Charters:
• A 20
percent deposit of the gross charter rate is required to confirm
your booking.
• A second 10 percent deposit of the gross charter rate is
required 90 days prior to departure.
• Full payment is required 60 days prior to the arrival of
passengers to Ecuador, plus information of their names, passport
numbers, nationality, rooming list, allergies or illnesses and food
restrictions.
2 Individual Fit’s Passengers:
• US$
200 per passenger is required to confirm your booking.
• US$ 200 per passenger is required 60 days prior to departure.
• Balance is required 30 days prior to departure, together
with names, passport numbers, nationality, rooming list, allergies
or illnesses, and food restrictions.

Cancellation
Policy:

Charters:
• If notice
is received 91 days prior to departure, we will refund first deposit.
• If notice is received from 31 to 60 days prior to departure,
no refund is possible.
• If cancellation occurs between 29 days prior to and the
date of departure, the full rate is charged as a cancellation fee.
1.2
Individual Fit’s Passengers:
• If notice
is received 61 days prior to departure, we will refund deposit,
retaining US$ 100 per passenger for administrative expenses.
• If notice is received between 31 and 59 days prior to departure,
no refund is possible.
• If cancellation occurs between 29 days before and the date
of departure, the full tour rate is charged as a cancellation fee.
• In case of health related cancellations we will refund 50%
upon receipt of medical certificates that prove such illness.
