How can I make reservations?

After going through all of the Galapagos travel information, it's time to book your cruise, diving course, hotel, and trip! We recommend reserving your trip to the Galapagos Islands a few months ahead of time during high season! You don't want to arrive and miss the boat (literally!).

Travelers can make reservations filling out the appropriate sections of the following reservation form according to the traveler's needs and plans. Or e-mail your questions to us at info@galapaguide.com .

This form is a reservation or information request and does not constitute a confirmed reservation in any way, nor are you obligated to confirm a reservation with us. After we receive this request, we will contact you to discuss your specific travel requirements. To confirm a reservation, we require a deposit from you.

Please do not send any money until we confirm the avalaibility of spaces in the boat.To book a trip you can pay 25% of the total cost with a money transfer and then:

The balance must be paid 45 days before departure of the Dive Cruise.

CRUISES

1 Charters:

• A 30% deposit of the gross charter rate is required to confirm your booking.
• Full payment is required 60 days prior to the arrival of passengers to Ecuador with the following information: complete names of the passengers, passport numbers, nationality, rooming list, allergies or illnesses, and food restrictions.

2 Individual Fit’s Passengers:

• US$ 400 per passenger is required to confirm your booking.
• Balance is required 30 days prior to departure, together with names, passport numbers, nationality, rooming list, allergies or illnesses, and food restrictions.

To book a trip you must 100% pre-pay

Remember, we are in Puerto Ayora, Santa Cruz island, TAME airlines flies to Baltra (close to Puerto Ayora) with two daily flights from Quito and Guayaquil. Let us know your flight information so that we can pick up you from the airport.

We will confirm your reservation as soon as we receive your money transfer.

High Season:

November 01 to April 30 - June 15 to August 31

Low season:

September 15 to October 30 - May 01 to June 14

Depending on Airlines and Yacht operators, the High and Low season may change.
Hotels does not have high and low seasons.
